When to use Activate Subscription

Use Activate Subscription to activate all 'Draft' and 'Not Effective' Services of a Subscription.
A Subscription must be activated in two cases:

  • When its Life Cycle State is 'Draft', i.e. the Subscription was created but was never activated, or
  • When the Life Cycle State is 'Not Effective', i.e. the Subscription is disconnected due to unpaid Invoices.

A Subscription created in a 'Draft' State exists in the System but is not active; signals are not transmitted to the subscriber. View Become Subscriber for more information on how to create 'Effective' or 'Draft' Subscriptions.

View the Information Table below for information related to the Scheduling, Preview Rating and Classification of the Subscription Action. Check the Validations & Restrictions Table below for a list of available Actions, including each Action's related validations, restrictions, additional information and a description of its system process.
View 'Using Subscription Action Modal' available in Managing Subscriptions for more information on executing the Action.
