Navigating to UDR Usage Methods
CONFIGURATION > BILLING APPLICATION > BILLING > SET UP UDR USAGE METHODS
What are UDR Usage Methods?
UDR Usage Methods is a module used to configure methods for identifying how the service was used (e.g. rental or download).
UDR Usage Methods can also be used as conditions for Tiered Rates in Usage Service Catalogs or Additive Discounts.
- Navigate to UDR Usage Methods and explore existing entries via the Summary page.
- Click on the link (Name or Number) of the entry of your interest to enter the Data Entry page and see more detail.
- Use the Actions Menu to create a NEW UDR Usage Method, modify (EDIT) or DELETE an existing one.
- Use the BACK to return to the Summary page and CANCEL to revert any unwanted changes made to the UDR Usage Method.
