UPCOMING RATES
Upcoming Rates provide the rates of all the existing, newly added or swapped services and expenses that will be included in the next bill (for normal Subscriptions) or to be billed when the next Prepaid Billing Run is executed (Prepaid Subscriptions). Total Amount, Total Discount Amount and the Amount to be Paid are also available
ADDITIONAL BILLING PERIODS RATES
Additional Billing Periods Rates provide the upcoming period rates which are separated per Billing Period. The Billing Period is calculated as follows:
- For normal subscriptions
- The upcoming period is calculated based on the prorating logic, i.e. based on the billing frequency of the subscription
- For prepaid subscriptions
- For post-rated services the upcoming period is 1 day
- For pre-rated services the upcoming period is 1 period to bill in advanced, as defined in the billing term scheme.
Note: If the subscription has multiple pre-rated services with different periods then the period is defined by the minimum "period to bill in advance"Â
Total Amount, Total Discount Amount and the Amount to be Paid are also available in every billing period.
