CRM.COM Release Changes

CRM.COM releases a new release every couple of months that includes bug fixing, additional features as well as enhancements to existing functionality. CRM.COM manuals are always updated based on the latest release of the software and we highly recommend to all of our customers to always keep their systems up to date. If, however you have not yet upgraded, the following pages help you find enhancements that differentiate the latest release from your own.

Important Notes

  • The intention of the page is not to describe new features introduced to the latest release but to provide you with changes made to current release that differentiate the way the system is used or configured, in case that you are still using previous releases.

  • If your current version is not R11, make sure that you also check out previous versions manual changes

 

To help you easily find any changes, the modules are available per application area as they are available in the system and in an alphabetical order. Check for the Change Type  in order to find out what kind of change has been done.
