Reward Definitions

Reward Definitions

Customer Events whose Type is Purchase can be created automatically by certain system events. For this option to apply the Financial Transaction Types that trigger Purchase Customer Events must be defined in the Active Rewards Definition. Once defined, whenever an Invoice of that Type is posted a Purchase Customer Event is created.

Configuring Key Performance Indicators Used  to measure the performance of key business objectives in order to evaluate if the objectives are achieved or not. Added on Financial Statement Customer Events as achievement and Financial Statement Reward Offers as conditions.
