What are Segment Criteria Templates?

Segment Criteria Templates are templates used during the creation or modification of a Segment.  As the Criteria are defined in the Template, existing Queries can be edited and reused instead of (re)written from scratch.

Navigate to Segment Criteria Templates and explore existing records via the Summary page.  

  • Click on the link (Name or Number) of the record of your interest to enter the Data Entry page and see more detail. 
  • Use the Actions Menu to create a NEW Template, modify (EDIT) or DELETE  an existing one.  
  • Use the BACK to return to the Summary page and CANCEL to revert any unwanted changes made to the Segment Criteria Templates.

Description

Main Information
Name*The name of the Template.
Alternative CodeThe alternative code of the Template.
DescriptionThe description of the Template.
Criteria
Criteria

The criteria for segmenting the information, which can be specified using a CRMQL query.  Auto-complete features are available while typing CRMQL queries. The correctness of the CRMQL queries is validated on saving the Segment Criteria Template.

Entity

Determines the type of information which will be grouped in the Segment. The filters or the queries which can be defined in the Segment depend on the selected entity. The supported Segment entities are the following:

  • Contact Information
  • Subscriptions
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Bills
  • Activities
  • Jobs
  • Rewards Participants
  • Award Transactions
  • Spend Transactions
  • Award Expiration Transactions
  • Service Requests
  • Payment Gateway Cards
  • Payment Gateway Requests
  • Payments
  • Bills
  • Buy in Advance Request
