Mandatory Configuration

The following modules must be configured in order to use the Communication Centre:

  • Must be configured accordingly in order to be able to start using the Communication Centre module (Configuration Type = Mandatory) 
    OR 
  • May be configured to use the Communication Centre module at its full capacity (Configuration Type = Optional)
