What is Activity Completion?

Complete process is used to update an Activity from "In Progress" life cycle state into "Completed". This process is applied through a dedicated action called "Complete Activity" which is available only if the Activity is in the "In progress" life cycle state. On performing this action, it is mandatory to specify the status that will be set.

Activity Completion

  1. Navigate to Activities
  2. Search for the Activity you would like to complete
  3. From the Action Menu click on Actions > "COMPLETE ACTIVITY"
    Click on Complete Activity action 
  4. From the modal window, select the required Status (That will in turn update the Life Cycle State accordingly). The available statuses are the ones that have life cycle state set as "Closed"
  5. Click on "SAVE" on the modal
    • The Activity status will be set to the selected one
    • The Activity life cycle state will be updated to "Completed"
