Navigating to Job Cancellation Reasons

CONFIGURATION > CRM APPLICATION > JOBS > SET UP CANCELLATION REASONS 

What are Job Cancellation Reasons?

Job Cancellation Reasons is a module used to define the available reasons that can be used when a Job is cancelled.

  • Navigate to Job Cancellation Reasons and explore existing records via the Summary page.  
  • Click on the link (name or number) of the record of your interest to enter the Data Entry page and see more detail. 
  • Use the Actions Menu to create a NEW Job Cancellation Reason, modify (EDIT) or DELETE  an existing one.  
  • Use the BACK to return to the Summary page and CANCEL to revert any unwanted changes made to the Job Cancellation Reason

  • The allowed and default Job Cancellation Reasons are specified on the 'Active' Job Definitions.

Delete
  • Not Applicable
  • Job Cancellation Reasons cannot be deleted if they are already included in the 'Active' Job Definition's Allowed Cancellation Reasons. 
  • Deleted Cancellation Reasons are still visible on Jobs that were cancelled using those Cancellation Reasons
