What are Privacy Level Assignment Rules?
Privacy Level Assignment Rules (PLARs) are used to automatically apply Privacy Levels on entity records. PLARs are triggered when creating or modifying a record that meets the conditions set on the Organisational Units and the entity. PLARs are also applicable on all Web API calls.
Check Group Collaboration Profiles and Community Collaboration Profiles for more information on how the Privacy Level is used to define access rights.
- Navigate to PLARs and explore existing entries via the Summary page.
- Click on the link (Name or Number) of the entry of your interest to enter the Data Entry page and see more detail.
- Use the Actions Menu to create a NEW PLAR, modify (EDIT) or DELETE an existing one.
- Use BACK to return to the Summary page and CANCEL to revert any unwanted changes made to the PLAR.
