When to use Remove Services - Undo Add Service

Undo Add Service is used to remove 'Draft' Termed Services that have mistakenly been added to a Subscription.

View the Information Table below for information related to the Scheduling, Preview Rating and Classification of the Subscription Action.  Check the Validations & Restrictions Table for a list of available Actions, including each Action's related validations, restrictions and a description of its system process.

The Action can be applied to all or to a selection of Subscription Services.

Undo Add Service

  • The Subscription Services are in a 'Draft' Life Cycle State.
  • The 'Action' is available only if the Subscription is in one of the following Life Cycle States:
    • Draft
    • Effective
    • Not Effective
    • In resting
    • Short Term Effective
    • Short Term Not Effective

 

 

If Subscription Service has any Actions scheduled for after the undo, then they are deleted.
  • Specified Subscription Services are removed.
  • Provisioning Distributors that are no longer distributing any Subscription Services or Installed Items are removed.
  • Subscription Service Life Cycle State History is set to Removed.
  • Any Actions scheduled for after the cancellation are deleted.
