Provide Ad Hoc Discount

Provide Ad Hoc Discount Action is used to select and provide a subscriber with an available Discount.

Unlike other Actions, Provide Ad Hoc Discount does not have a behaviour and business code.  It differs from the rest of the Subscriptions Action Types, as submitted Requests are handled by the Billing Engine during the Billing Run, rather than an actual Subscription Action.
