Navigating to Key Performance Indicators
CONFIGURATION > CRM APPLICATION > CUSTOMER EVENTS > SET UP KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
What are Key Performance Indicators (KPI)?
Customer Event Key Performance Indicators are used to measure the performance of key business objectives in order to evaluate if they are achieved or not. They are used for creating Financial Statement Customer Events and can also be used as conditions on awarding participants through Financial Statement Reward Offers.
- Navigate to Key Performance Indicators and explore existing records via the Summary page.
- Click on the link (name or number) of the record of your interest to enter the Data Entry page and see more detail.
- Use the Actions Menu to create a NEW Key Performance Indicator, modify (EDIT) or DELETE an existing one.
- Use the BACK to return to the Summary page and CANCEL to revert any unwanted changes made to the Key Performance Indicators

Name* | The Name of the KPI |
Description | The Description of the KPI |
Alternative Code* | The Alternative Code of the KPI. Unless otherwise specified, the Alternative Codes for new entries default to the Name initials in capital letters. |
Key Performance Indicator Products A list of Products taken into consideration while calculating the aggregated value that is measured by the Key Performance Indicator | |
Product | The Product that will be taken into consideration while calculating the aggregated value for the Key Performance Indicator.
Even if Specific Products are defined, any Product available in the System can be selected and added when adding the KPI to a Financial Statement Customer Event |
Log Information | |
Log Details | The standard set of Log Details information available in all entities |
