Rewards Participants Modifiable Information

The following fields may be updated in Rewards Participants by using the Edit button. 

  • Billing Address
  • Participating Schemes
  • Sign Up Details
  • Access TokenS

Editing Rewards Participants

  • Single structure fields can be directly amended. 
  • The following fields can be updated by adding or removing more records:
    • Participating Schemes.
      AVAILABLE FROM CRM.COM R9.0.0 - Removing a field defines it as Signed Off. For more information on Signed off Participating Rewards Schemes can be found at Signing Off a Participating Rewards Scheme.
    • Access tokens
  • Read on to find out how you can add or remove existing records.


Adding a new Record from a search modal

  1. Click on the "ADD" button
  2. A search modal opens
  3. Select and add the record you would like to add

Removing a Record

  1. Check the box found to the left of the record you would like to remove
  2. Click on "REMOVE"
