What is Panaccess Cableview Services Provisioning Provider?

The provisioning provides is used to:

• Configure the parameters which are needed to access the Cableview Service CA system
• Map the services which are provisioned by Cableview Service and set their CA ID
• Map the Physical Goods which are provisioned by Cableview Service

Defining your own Panaccess Cableview Services Provisioning Provider tailored to your company's needs

1. Navigate to BILLING > PROVISIONING > PANACCESS CABLEVIEW SERVICES> SET UP PROVISIONING PROVIDER 
2. Click on EDIT to configure the Provisioning Provider
    

3. MAIN INFORMATION

   1.  PROVIDER INFORMATION

      1. Provide the required information

         1. Name

         2. Alternative Code

         3. Life Cycle State

         4. Description

      2. View information regarding Provisioning Protocol
         

   2. CONNECTION PARAMETERS

      1. Provide the required information

         1. End Point: Provide the end point URL

         2. User Name: Provide the username

         3. Password: Provide the password

4. DISTRIBUTORS

   1. Click on ADD and provide the required information to configure the Provider's Distributors

      1. Name
      2. Alternative Code
      3. Description

      For each Distributor - AVAILABLE FROM CRM.COM R9.0.0

      1. Click to select the distributor on the list found on the left hand side
      2. From the select box, select between
         1. All Provisioned Services
         2. Specific Provisioned Services
            If Specific Provisioned Services is selected then: 
            1. Click on ADD  button on the right, to add a new row where you will add the service
            2. Click in the search box and search for the service that will be made available for the specific distributor
               Only the services added under the Services section will be made available 
            3. Repeat the process to add all the services
         3. Repeat the above process for all distributors with Specific Provisioned Services option

5. SERVICES

   1. Click on ADD and search and select an existing Service

   2. Provide the following for each service selected
      1. CA ID
         

6. PHYSICAL GOODS

   1. DECODERS

      1. Click on ADD and search and select traceable physical good types which will be used as decoders and will be provisioned through Panaccess Cableview Services system

   2. SMARTCARDS

      1. Click on ADD and search and select traceable physical good types which will be used as smartcards and will be provisioned through Panaccess Cableview Services system

7. From the Actions Menu click on SAVE

8. LOG INFORMATION

   Log information section keeps all the logging information related to the specific record

   • Basic set of information available in all entities
     • Created By User: The user that created the entity
     • Created By Unit: The unit of the user that created the entity
     • Updated By User: The user that last updated the entity
     • Updated by Unit: The unit of the user that last updated the entity
     • Date Created: The date the account was entity
     • Date Updated: The date the account was last entity
