Provisioning - Generic Provisioning Provider

In addition to the CA/OTT platforms that CRM.COM is already integrated with, a generic provider is available in the system and allows a trouble-free integration with other providers. The generic provider follows the hybrid model of provisioning, so every time a subscription action is executed a command is created and sent to the CA/OTT platform.

When using the generic provider, further implementation is required to extract the provisioning commands, send them to the CA/OTT platform, and update CRM.COM with the response.

Define the method to be used during a subscription activation and deactivation. The method can be applied on a single service or to the whole subscription. Provider Physical Goods Types
ADD the physical good types as defined by the CA/OTT platform. The good types will be mapped to CRM.COM physical goods in the Physical Goods Mapping section.
Physical Goods Mapping
ADD the CRM physical good type (filtered by the physical goods added in the respective section) and map it to a provisioning provider physical good type (filtered by the physical goods added in the respective section).
