Modifying Installed Items Overview

This manual provides information with regards to Installed Items modification, such as editing and deleting validations and restrictions as well as the fields that may be modified.

Delete
  • Installed Items can be deleted only if they do not belong to a warehouse or a subscription
  • Deleted installed items are still visible on entities which were created using those installed items 

Installed Items Modifiable Information

The following fields may be updated in Installed Items by using the EDIT button. (Mandatory fields are denoted by the red asterisk *)

  • Serial Number*
  • Alternative Code*
  • Category
  • Components (If Installed Item is a Bundle)
  • Nagra Media Live Parameters NUID 
  • Shared Notes

Editing Installed Items

  • Single structure fields can be directly amended. 
  • Components can be modified by adding or removing more records. 
    Read on to find out how you can add or remove existing records.

Adding a new Record from a search modal

  1. Click on the "ADD" button
  2. A search modal opens
  3. Select and add the record you would like to add

Removing a Record

  1. Check the box found to the left of the record you would like to remove
  2. Click on "REMOVE"

Deleting Installed Items

  1. Search for the entity that you would like to delete

  2. Click on the link of the record you would like to delete, to be transferred to the Data Entry page
  3. From the actions menu click on "DELETE"
     The entity will be deleted given that the validations are satisfied
