Navigating to Lead Statuses
CONFIGURATION > CRM APPLICATION > LEADS > SET UP STATUSES
What are Lead Statuses?
Use Lead Statuses to define the Lead's Status and associated Life Cycle State.
- Navigate to Lead Statuses and explore existing entries via the Summary page.
- Click on the link (Name or Number) of the entry of your interest to enter the Data Entry page and see more detail.
- Use the Actions Menu to create a NEW Lead Statuses, modify (EDIT) or DELETE an existing one.
- Use the BACK to return to the Summary page and CANCEL to revert any unwanted changes made to the Lead Statuses.

Attributes
An * indicates a field is mandatory.
Name | Description |

Main Information | |
Name* | The name of the Lead Status |
Alternative code* | An alternative code for the Lead Status. Unless otherwise specified, the codes for new Statuses default to the Status' Name initials in capital letters. |
Description | A description of the Lead Status. |
Life Cycle State | The Life Cycle State that the Lead should automatically be set to if the Lead's Status is set to the specified Status. The supported Lead Life Cycle States are the following:
