What is Award Rewards Transactions

Award Rewards Transactions are used to award a Rewards Participant, for a specific amount of money that was provided by a reward offer, and credit the Rewards Participants wallet for that specific amount.

Award Rewards Transactions are automatically created when a Rewards Run Definition is submitted.

If the "On award reward transactions" cause, in the active wallet definition's causes crediting wallet is enabled then a wallet credit transaction is also created and associated with the award reward transaction. The products, date and time, and Unit/ Group that are specified in the related reward offer's spend conditions, are used to set the credit wallet transaction's allotments.   • Award Transaction life cycle state is Effective
  • If the "On Cancelling Award Reward transactions" cause, in the active wallet definition's causes voiding wallet transactions is enabled then, each wallet transaction which is related with the award reward transaction will be voided as well.

View Award Rewards Transactions

  1. Navigate to REWARDS > REWARDS > MANAGE AWARD TRANSACTIONS
  2. Search for the Award Transaction
  3. Click on the number/name of the record you would like to access, to go to the Data Entry page
  4. The following information is available:
  5. MAIN INFORMATION

    1. Rewards Participant:
      1. Number - Contact Information
    2. Reward Offer
    3. Amount
    4. AVAILABLE FROM CRM.COM R9 Awarded Amount Expiration Date: Defines the date up until which the reward participant can spend the amount awarded through the Award Transaction. The awarded amount will no longer be available for spending after this expiration date. 
    5. Life Cycle State
      VIEWING AWARD TRANSACTIONS
  6. AWARDED EVENTS

    1. The rewarded events consist of one of the following:
      • Subscription
      • Contact information
      • One or more customer events
    2. Wallet Transaction Number, if a wallet transaction is created
  7. COMMUNICATIONS

    1. The Communication Tab provides all the communications that are related to the specific record. When creating a new record the Communications tab is empty as no communications have been created yet. Communications tab is informative.
      Check the Advance Section for the module of your interest to find out how you can schedule an Activity.
       
  8. LOG INFORMATION

    Log information section keeps all the logging information related to the specific record

    • Basic set of information available in all entities
      • Created By User: The user that created the entity
      • Created By Unit: The unit of the user that created the entity
      • Updated By User: The user that last updated the entity
      • Updated by Unit: The unit of the user that last updated the entity
      • Date Created: The date the account was entity
      • Date Updated: The date the account was last entity

Cancel Award Rewards Transactions

  1. Navigate to REWARDS > REWARDS > MANAGE AWARD TRANSACTIONS
  2. Search for the Award Transaction
  3. Click on the number/name of the record you would like to access, to go to the Data Entry page
  4. From the Action Menu click on ACTIONS > CANCEL AWARD TRANSACTION
