When to use Short Term Subscription Deactivation
Subscriptions and their Services which are in an 'Effective' State can be deactivated for a short period. Subscriptions in Short Term Deactivation can be reactivated either automatically when the Short Term Deactivation end date is reached, or through the Subscription Action End Short Term Subscription Deactivation
The Batch Process Using Take Subscriptions out of Resting Run Definitions can be used to deactivate any Subscriptions that no longer meet the activation criteria and therefore should not return to being 'Active' once out of Short Term Deactivation.
