When to use Add Draft Services

Subscription services are added as draft when you would like to add the services but activate them at a later stage. If you would like to add services and directly activate them, i.e. set them as effective, ready to be billed, then these services should be added as effective. Visit /wiki/spaces/V3Manuals/pages/1408273 to see how you can add effective services.

The action also allows you to add Installed Items.

AVAILABLE FROM CRM.COM R9.0.0 You have the option to preview upcoming subscriber bills/rates, directly from the subscription action modal window. You can use the process for both Normal and Prepaid Subscriptions.
