When to use End Subscription Resting

In CRM.COM subscriptions can be placed in resting for a specific period of time (based on your own business rules).

Once the Rest Subscription action is executed, the end date is set. When the end date is reached , then the system will automatically reactivate the subscription.

Subscription action, "End Subscription Resting" however, is available to users to force a subscription which is in Resting period, out of it. In order to end the Resting the user will need to execute the related action that will:

  • Terminate the resting period
  • Set the subscription and all its services as effective or not effective, depending on a set of conditions.

Batch Process Take Subscriptions out of Resting is used in order to keep subscriptions that don't meet activation conditions, deactivated, once they will come out of Resting.

End Subscription Resting Information
