Landing Pages

A Landing Page is a stand-alone web page that a Contact 'lands' on, typically after selecting a hyperlink or scanning a QR code. CRM.COM can be used to design your own custom Landing Pages to either purchase a pass or register a new contact.

Landing Pages Settings

Navigate to Settings > Platform > Contact Facing Essentials > Landing Pages.

Two default landing pages are automatically configured for each business, one for contact registration and one for purchasing a gift card. A back-end system user can edit either of these two and change the configuration or create their own.

Creating a Landing page

Select the Create Landing Page option to create a new Landing Page. The newly created landing page comes with default image and colour settings that can be modified if necessary.

A system user can define the contents of the Landing Page but cannot change the format or the arrangement of the content.

The Landing Page design screen is split into three sections:

  1. Left - The navigation menu used to view/edit the configuration

  2. Centre - This section contains the actual configuration areas where text, colours and images can be provided

  3. Right - The preview pane displays the actual Landing Page content, changes made to the configuration will be immediately reflected here. Use the navigation button at the bottom to switch between the three different screens (Landing Page, success and failure screens)

 

INFORMATION

This tab contains the Landing page’s basic information. When creating a Landing Page, these details must be completed first, and then other options (Text, Colours etc.) will be enabled. None of these details are displayed on the actual landing page itself.

Information screen for Register Landing page

Name

Provide a unique name for the Landing Page configuration.

Description

Optionally provide a brief description.

Type

Landing Pages can currently support the ability to Purchase a Pass or Register a contact.

  • Purchase a pass - allows any consumer to purchase a pass (from a specific pass plan), providing the beneficiary’s details

  • Register - used to register a contact (and optionally provide a pass code to redeem)

Support Mobile Pass Cards (for Register Landing Pages only)

Select this check box to provision a mobile pass card to the Contact once successfully registered. A mobile pass card configuration must be created and activated beforehand to see this setting.

Pass Plan (for Purchase a Pass Landing Pages only)

Select the pass plan which will be used to issue the passes. Refer to the Passes manual to find out how to configure a pass plan.

Also select the configured payment gateway to be used for processing the payment for the gift pass. Refer to the Integrations manual to learn how to configure payment gateways for your business.

TEXT

Setup text fields and messages to appear on the Landing Page. The preview screen displays the applied changes instantaneously.

Title

The title appears at the top of the Landing Page, under the logo.

Description Text

Text appearing under the title, possibly explaining the purpose of the Landing Page.

Footer Text

Footer text displayed under fields.

Button Text

Text to display on the registration button.

Success Message

This message is displayed upon successfully completing the action (shown on screen preview page 2).

Failure Message

This message is displayed when the action is unsuccessful (shown on screen preview page 3).

Registered Contacts Label & Text

Provide the Text to be displayed below the Register button if you want to allow your business's already registered contacts to sign in to their account via a portal instead of registering again (the Text will appear as a link for contacts to click and navigate to the portal).

Sign-in URL

The URL of a portal where already registered contacts can sign-in to their account.

COLOURS

Select the colours for all areas of the Landing Page by clicking on the relevant coloured circle.

FIELDS (for Register Landing Pages only)

These are the fields used to collect the required information from the Contact using the Landing Page, select which fields should appear.

Optionally add the Pass Code field if the Contact can redeem a pass they have been sent during the registration process.

  • It is highly recommended that the contact identification option selected for registration (i.e. phone or email) should also be set as a CIM in system settings (Settings > Contact > Contact Identification Mediums)

  • Fields to Purchase a Pass Landing Pages are fixed and cannot be amended

IMAGES

There are three different types of images which can be optionally added to the landing page, transparency can be adjusted for the header and background images.

  • Logo - Displayed at the top of the Landing page and can be positioned using three different alignments.

  • Header - Displayed behind the logo at the top of the Landing Page.

  • Background - This image is the biggest of the three and covers most of the Landing page area.

LEGAL (for Register Landing Pages only)

Set the terms and conditions and privacy policy for your contacts to accept prior to completing their registration, and configure the messages that they will see to set their marketing communication preferences.

DISTRIBUTION

This option becomes visible once the Landing Page has been saved. The generated QR code and URL are displayed on this page and can be copied for distribution purposes.

Enabling a Landing Page

A Landing Page must be activated to be accessible.
