Life Cycle StateValidations
Completed
  • A response has been completed
    • AVAILABLE FROM CRM.COM R9.0.0 - If the specified response category is configure to require customer acceptance then
      • The response is already accepted by the customer
  • Final Resolution has been accepted by the customer
  • All /wiki/spaces/V4Manual/pages/9833206 mandatory fields must be completed
  • Jobs that were planned through a Service Request are completed, deleted or cancelled
  • Activities scheduled for a Service Request are completed, deleted or cancelled

Completing Service Requests

  1. The following fields may be updated in Service Requests  by using the "EDIT" button in order to complete the entity. (Mandatory fields are marked by the asterisk *)

    • Status *: a status of life cycle state Completed should be selected
      • Once a status with a life cycle state Completed has been assigned then the Resolution section(s) is available as read only.
  2. A communication will be created if communication settings have been enabled in the active Service Request definition
