Managing Events

Events are actions typically triggered by a system user, a Contact or an external system, and successfully processed by CRM.COM.

It’s possible to monitor these events and view details pertaining to them.

To view events, navigate to Platform > Events from the main menu on the left-hand-side of the screen.

On this screen you will see a list of successful events and the date/time on which they were performed.

Details

Select a particular event to view details relating to it.

  • Date - The date and time the event occurred

  • View API log - This link will navigate you to the log details, the log details can include associated API calls along with the response, or Webhooks relating to the event (see also Logs manual)

  • Event Data - The event data pertains to the specific information for this event
