Managing Landing Pages

A landing page is a web page which serves as the entry point for a website or a particular section of a website.

Landing pages in CRM all have a definitive purpose associated with them. A landing page can be accessed via scanning a QR code or simply navigating to its associated url address. In order for a landing page to be accessible it should be enabled and designed in settings.

Settings

Configuration of mobile passes is possible via the system settings. Click on your logged-in user name in the top right-hand-corner of the screen > Settings > Platform > Landing Pages.

Design of Landing page

Currently two landing page functions have been created.

  1. Sign up - supporting mobile pass cards.

  2. Password reset.

A landing page can have various design differences. One has the ability to change the colours, text, images, fields etc.

The following sections are available on the Landing page designer:

  • Information: This is the information relating to the Landing page. None of this information shall be displayed on the landing page itself.

  • Text: Various text fields are available for display on the landing pages.

  • Colours: Various colours relating to various sections on the landing page can be adjusted as needed.

  • Fields: These are the user input fields that will be displayed on the landing page.

  • Images: Various images can be added to the landing page.

  • Distribution: The QR code and unique link to the landing page are displayed and can be distributed from this page.

In order to provision a mobile pass card to the contact once successfully registering it is necessary to select the support mobile pass card tick box in the register landing page design.
