Using Award Transactions

Award Rewards Transactions are used to award a Rewards Participant , for a specific amount sum of money that was provided by a reward offerfrom a Reward Offer, and credit the Rewards Participants wallet for Participant's Wallet with that specific amount (if so defined by the Wallet Definition).
Award Rewards Transactions are automatically created when a Rewards Run Definition is submitted.Transaction cannot be manually created.  They are generated by the execution of the Rewards Run Definition or by the submission of a Customer Event.

  • Navigate to Award Transaction  and explore existing records via the Summary page. 
  • Click on the link (name or number) of the record of your interest to enter the Data Entry page and see more detail. 
  • Use BACK to return to the Summary page
  • Click on ACTIONS to discover other possibilities available for Award Transaction .

  • Click on the number/name of the record you would like to access, to go to the Data Entry page

    1. Navigate to AWARD TRANSACTIONS
    2. Search for the Award Transaction
    3. Click on the number/name of the record you would like to access, to go to the Data Entry page
    4. From the Action Menu click on on ACTIONS > CANCEL AWARD TRANSACTION
