When to use Amend Bundle Services
Use Amend Bundle Services when you would like to change the services/channels included in a flexible product bundle service.Services (i.e. channels) included in a Flexible Product Bundle Termed Service. Services cane added to or removed from the bundle, based on the Bundle Components and Bundle Restrictions that are set up on creating the Product.

Check the Validations & Restrictions Table for a list of available Actions, including each Action's related validations, restrictions and a description of its system process.

- Use MODIFY to open the modal and select components.
- Use VIEW PRODUCT BUNDLE COMPOSITION link to see the allowed composition structure.
- Use Product, Product Type and Product Family Filters to filter the available Service components.
- Use SELECT to add a new component to the Bundle.
- Use REMOVE to remove an existing or a newly added component to the bundle.

Executing Amend Bundle Services
Navigate to BILLING APPLICATION > BILLING > SUBSCRIPTIONS > MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONSSearch for the Subscription you are looking for, using the criteria sectionClick on the Subscription number to go to the Data Entry page of the subscriptionOn the left hand side of the screen you can see the ACTION PANELClick on Subscription Service Related ActionsFind the action you would like to execute and click on the link to open the action details in a modal window

- Components: Click on MODIFY to open the SELECT COMPONENTS modal to update components
Image Removed - Click on View Product Bundle Components (Optional)
A modal will open with the configuration set up and allowed options for the specific bundle as defined in the Products (this is only informative)
Image Removed - Go to the Filters tab and search using:
- Product
- Product Type
- Product Family
The available products that will be retrieved from the search will only be the ones that are allowed
- Click on SELECT
The product will be added in the components section - If you would like to remove the product from the components list go to the PREVIEW & ACTION PANEL where the component is added and click on REMOVE
Image Removed - Repeat for all the product you would like to add
- Click on SAVE to close the modal

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES TO BE AMENDED
Provides a preview of the services to be amended.
- Removed Components: Click on VIEW to view in modal the services to be removed from the bundle
- Added Components: Click on VIEW to view in modal the services to be added to the bundle
SUBSCRIPTION ACTION DETAILS
Action Type: Select action type from the drop down if you have configured custom actions in the system, using the specific behaviour code
Sub Action Type: Select action type from the drop down if you have configured custom actions in the system, using the specific business classification code
Action Type and Sub Action type are visible only if applicable
Performed By User :Search and add the user that logs the action
If you leave empty then the Logged in user will be set
Performed Date: Click on the calendar icon and select date and time

| - Subscription Service Components are either added or removed along with their related Provisioning Distributions.
- For removed Subscription Service components:
- Provisioning Distributors are removed, if there are no other Subscription Services or Installed Items which they distribute.
- The Subscription Service Life Cycle State History is set to 'Removed'.
- For added Subscription Service components, the Subscription Service Life Cycle State History is set equal to the Life Cycle State History of the bundled Service, during the period that the component will be added
