Events are actions typically resulting from a Log entry triggered by a system user, a system process, a Contact or an external system, and successfully processed by CRM.COM. |
It’s possible to monitor these events Events from the back-end system and view details pertaining to about them.
To view events, navigate to Platform > Events from the main menu on the left-hand - side of the screen.
Image AddedOn this the Events summary screen, you will see a list of successful events and successfully completed Events, along with the date/time on which they were performed.
Image RemovedDetails Image AddedSelect a particular event to view details relating to it.

Viewing an Event
When an Event is selected, you can see additional information about its creation.
Image AddedDate - The date and time the event occurred
Submitted by User - The name and id of the user who submitted the event
View API log - This link will navigate you to the log details, ; the log details can include addition Webhook or associated API calls along with the response or Webhooks relating to the event , along with the response (also see also Logs manual)
Event Data - The event Event data pertains pertaining to the specific information for this event creation of this specific Event
