Managing Events

CRM.COM provides the ability to view events that have been successfully processed on the CRM applications. |
Events are actions resulting from a Log entry triggered by a system user, a system process, a Contact or an external system and successfully processed by CRM.COM. |
It’s possible to monitor Events from the back-end system and view details about them.
To view events, navigate to Platform > Events from the main menu on the left-hand - side of the screen.

On this the Events summary screen, you will see a list of successful events and successfully completed Events, along with the date/time on which they were performed.
Details
When selecting Select a particular event it is possible to view the data relating to this event.

Date: the time the event occurred.
to see its details.
Viewing an Event
When an Event is selected, you can see additional information about its creation.

Date - The date and time the event occurred
Submitted by User - The name and id of the user who submitted the event
View API log - This link will navigate you to the log details. The ; the log details pertain to the specific API information can include associated API calls along with the response or Webhooks relating to the event . (also see Logs manual)
Event Data: the event data pertains to to the specific information for this event. - The Event data pertaining to the creation of this specific Event
