When to
use Stop use Remove Services - Cancel
Cancel Service is to be used when a service Termed Service is no longer required by the subscriber and he wishes they wish to remove it from his subscription.Depending on your company's business rules is up to you to decide whether you will allow the cancelling of subscription services or any additional penalties to be imposed. When Subscription Services can be cancelled and whether penalties are applied is up to the organisation offering the Services, subject to its business rules.
The Cancel Service Action is a child of the Cancel Subscription Action. The difference between the two Actions is that while Cancel Subscription is automatically applied to ALL Subscription Services, Cancel Service provides the option to apply the cancelling to specific Subscription Services.

Executing Stop Services
Navigate to BILLING APPLICATION > BILLING > SUBSCRIPTIONS > MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONSSearch for the Subscription you are looking for, using the criteria sectionClick on the Subscription number to go to the Data Entry page of the subscriptionOn the left hand side of the screen you can see the ACTION PANELClick on Subscription Service Related ActionsFind the action you would like to execute and click on the link to open the action details in a modal window
