Managing Events

Events are actions typically triggered |
by a system user, a Contact or an external system, and successfully processed by CRM.COM. |
It’s possible to monitor these events and view details pertaining to them.
To view events, navigate to Platform > Events from the main menu on the left-hand-side of the screen.
On this screen you will see a list of successful events and the date/time on which they were performed.

When selecting Select a particular event it is possible to view the data details relating to this eventit.

View API log : this - This link will navigate you to the log details. The , the log details pertain to the specific API information can include addition Webhook or associated API calls relating to the event. , along with the response (see also Logs manual)
Event Data: the - The event data pertains to to the specific information for this event .
