Mandatory Configuration
The following modules must be configured in order to use Activities:

| Activity Type | Configuring Activity Types | Define the Types that will be available for selection when creating a new Activity, and without which an Activity cannot be created. |
Business Definition | Configuring Activities Definition | Define all business rules that will control an Activity's Life Cycle, and without which an Activity cannot be created. Activity Types and Cancellation Reasons can also be set through Activities Definitions. |
Related Configuration
The following modules are related to, but are not a part of, Activities. Such entities either:
- Must be configured accordingly to be able to start using the Activities module (Configuration Type = Mandatory)
OR - May be configured to use the Activities module at its full capacity (Configuration Type = Optional).
