Navigating to Key Performance Indicators

CONFIGURATION > CRM APPLICATION > CUSTOMER EVENTS > SET UP KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

What are Key Performance Indicators?

Customer Event Key Performance Indicators are used to measure the performance of key business objectives in order to evaluate if they are achieved or not.

  • Navigate to Key Performance Indicators and explore existing records via the Summary page.  
  • Click on the link (name or number) of the record of your interest to enter the Data Entry page and see more detail. 
  • Use the Actions Menu to create a NEW Key Performance Indicator, modify (EDIT) or DELETE  an existing one.  
  • Use the BACK to return to the Summary page and CANCEL to revert any unwanted changes made to the Key Performance Indicators

The Name of the KPI

The Description of the KPI

Alternative Code*

The Alternative Code of the KPI. Unless otherwise specified, the Alternative Codes for new entries default to the Name initials in capital letters.

Products considered while calculating the Aggregated KPI value

It defines a list of products that should be taken into consideration while calculating the aggregated value that was measured by the Key Performance Indicator. Two options are available:

 

Icon

Note that this configuration is not related with the products which are allowed to be measured by the KPI. All products are allowed to be measured by a KPI but only the specified ones will be taken into consideration while calculating the aggregated KPI value

Product

The product that will be taken into consideration while calculating the aggregated value for the Key Performance Indicator.

If the All Products'

  • Specific Products: If selected then only those products will be taken into consideration while calculating the aggregated value. In that case the system allows specifying a list of multiple products. If that option is selected then at least one product should be selected. Each product can be specified only once.
