Service Request tags on automated communications are not being replaced on the email upon creating new Service Request.

Issue when paying for order using wallet funds from the back-end system. The system allows you to specify wallet funds which are greater than the order amount resulting in a negative order amount. ‘Bill upcoming cycles’ option pre-bills the whole contact, not the selected subscription
‘Bill upcoming cycles’ option pre-bills the whole contact, and not the selected subscription. The issue is that the ‘Preview bill’ presents the whole billing information based on the contact. However, the process still bills the selected subscription which is the correct behaviour.
When your logged in as a service owner or a cloud operator the system throws you out every few hours

Contact Anonymisation is the process of encrypting or removing personally identifiable data from data sets so that the contact can no longer be identified directly or indirectly.
Contact's information to be anonymised:
Contact: full name, first name, middle name, last name, email, phone, address name, address line 1, address line 2, city, postal code, state/province, country, demographics, country of agreement, credentials.
Account: Account Holder's Name
Card: Card Holder's Name
Contact's payment method: Account/Card Holder's Name
Service Request owner not changed
Navigate to a Service Request and change the owner - SR owner is not changed and user is returned to the SR summary screen/Kanban board.
