Mandatory Configuration

Billing Term Scheme DefinitionConfiguring Prepaid Billing Term Schemes for Subscriptions

Billing term schemes are used to control the creation or modification of billing terms by providing the allowed options for each input field and by setting the default values, and also to control billing engine processes by providing the billing rules and policies that should be applied during billing runs.

Different ones are to be created for Jobs and Subscriptions

Wallet definitions is a set of business rules used to control the behavior of Wallet throughout their whole life cycle.

Required to define the types of wallet transactions to be created by Prepaid Billing and rules on debiting and crediting the wallets

Voucher DefinitionConfiguring Voucher Definitions

Voucher definitions is a set of business rules used to control the behavior of Vouchers throughout their whole life cycle.

Vouchers can be used to top up wallets which in turn can be used by Prepaid Billing to pay for related debit wallet transactions

Subscription DefinitionConfiguring Subscription DefinitionsA Subscription Definition is a set of business rules and conditions which are used in order to create and maintain subscriptions throughout their whole life cycle.
Subscription TypesConfiguring Subscription TypesA Subscription Type defines the company's commercial policies which are applied on subscriptions of that type, such as what services and what physical products can be added on each subscription type, which Billing Term Schemes will be made available for each subscription type and which Organisational units will have access to any subscriptions of the specific subscription types.

Price PlansCreating Base Price Plans

Price Plans are your company's price catalogues. All the billed products must be added to at least Price Plan in order for billing to be applicable. You can have multiple configured Price Plans and each Subscription / Job (CRM.COM billable entities) can be charged from a different Price Plan. Price Plans can be conditional, meaning that the rates in these Price Plans can only be applied if certain conditions are met. Using conditional price Plans you can create a plethora of promotions and discounts to your customers.
