Navigating to Activity Statuses
CONFIGURATION > CRM APPLICATION > ACTIVITIES > SET UP STATUSES
What are Activity Statuses?
Activity Statuses are used to define the state of a specific Activity. The allowed and default Activity Statuses are specified on the Activity Types.
- Navigate to Activity Statuses and explore existing entries via the Summary page.
- Click on the link (Name or Number) of the entry of your interest to enter the Data Entry page and see more detail.
- Use the Actions Menu to create a NEW Activity Status, modify (EDIT) or DELETE an existing one.
- Use the BACK to return to the Summary page and CANCEL to revert any unwanted changes made to the Activity Statuses.

Main Information | |
Name* | The Name of the Activity Status |
Alternative Code* | The Alternative Code of the Activity Status. Unless otherwise specified, the Alternative Codes for new entries default to the Name initials in capital letters. |
Description | A Description of the Activity Status. |
Life Cycle State | The Life Cycle State that the Activity should automatically be set to, if the Activity is set to the specified Status. The supported Activity Life Cycle States are:

Log Details | The standard set of Log Details information available in all entities. |
