What is a Wallet Balance Printout?

A Wallet Balance Printout displays:

  • the Wallet's Transactions posted within the current year
  • the Wallet's Allotments
  • the Balance of the Wallet for the current year and the Balance which carried over from the previous year.

     The Printout is available through the Wallet's Data Entry page.

The Printout can be extracted and printed in one of the formats below, or can be sent to the customer via email as a PDF attachment:

  1. PDF
  2. HTML
  3. XLS
  4. CSV
  5. RTF

Header Information of the Wallet Balance Printout

The following information can be found at the top of the Printout.

Name
Description
NameThe account owner's full name
Account NumberThe Accounts Receivable Number for which the Bill was issued
Estimated Consumption DateThe estimated date on which the Wallet's Balance will be consumed

Detailed Information of the Wallet Balance Printout

The following information is provided within the Printout. If the Printout has multiple records, the information will be available for every record separately.

Balance Allotments

Name
Description
Product

The product for which an amount was allotted

TypeThe product type for which an amount was allotted
Validity DateThe date from which the amount allotted can be consumed
Amount that can be spentThe amount allotted to the specific product or product type

Wallet Transactions

Name
Description
NumberThe Wallet Transaction's number
TypeThe Wallet Transaction's type
From DateThe date from which a Debit Wallet Transactions debits the Wallet. Available only for Debits.
To DateThe date until which a Debit Wallet Transactions debits the Wallet. Available only for Debits.
AmountThe Wallet Transaction's Amount
Extra Added AmountThe Wallet Transaction's Extra Added Amount

Summary Information of Wallet Balance Printout

The following information can be found at the bottom of the Printout

Name
Description
Balance Within <year>The Wallet Balance calculated based on Wallet Transactions posted within the current year
Balance Carried OverThe Wallet Balance calculated based on Wallet Transactions posted prior to the current year
Total BalanceThe total Wallet Balance
