Learn to set up Workflows related business processes and rules. 

 Mandatory Configuration: Links to manuals of Workflows configuration modules that are required for the module to work correctly.

 Related Configuration: Links to manuals of configuration modules other than of Workflows that offer additional functionality or are required for the module to work correctly.

 Optional Configuration: Links to manuals of Workflows configuration modules that offer additional functionality but are not required for the module to work correctly.

Mandatory Configuration

The following modules must be configured in order to use the Workflows:

Workflow Rules Definitions

Workflow Rules are required to set up a Workflow.

Workflow Rules are dependent on the processes available in the Optional Configuration. At least one? 'Active' Definition from the following three must be defined in a Workflow Rule in order for its execution to deliver results:

  • Alert Definition
  • Webhook Definition
  • Approval Definition

Related Configuration

The following modules are related to, but are not a part of, Workflows. Such entities either:

  • Must be configured accordingly in order to be able to start using the Workflows module (Configuration Type = Mandatory) 
    OR 
  • May be configured to use the Workflows module at its full capacity (Configuration Type = Optional).

Optional Configuration

The following entities are available and can be configured under Workflows.  A working CRM.COM model can exist without them being configured.
