Deprecated from CRM.COM R15.0.0 onwards. This functionality will be provided through achievement customer events

  • GET customer_events/web/show — This method returns information related with a web customer event.  A single web customer event is returned by each call
  • POST customer_events/web/cancel — This method is used in order to cancel a posted web customer event. This method can be applied only on posted web customer events.  A single web customer event can be cancelled by each call
  • POST customer_events/web/create — This method is used to create a web customer event in a posted life cycle state
  • POST customer_events/web/list — This method returns information related with web customer events.  Multiple web customer events are returned by each call
