The Utilities module provides the tools which are necessary to implement, maintain or support business processes within the System. These tools include a Scheduling Engine responsible for scheduling and executing Batch Processes in CRM.COM, a data integration mechanism used for data imports and exports and an archiving utility for archiving old data and controlling the size of a database.
