Prerequisites
If you want to use WhatsApp to send text messages to your contacts through CRM.COM, this is what you’ll need for your integration configuration:
WhatsApp account - if you don’t already have a WhatsApp account, you'll need to create one
WhatsApp Account SID
WhatsApp Auth Token
WhatsApp Phone number
Configure your WhatsApp Integration in CRM.COM
Sign-in to the CRM.COM back-end system and navigate to Navigate to Platform > Integrations. Select the WhatsApp integration from the Communications section.
Select Setup and confirm the default name for the WhatsApp integration or provide a new one > Proceed.
The WhatsApp integrations screen is displayed, select Manage to access the integration settings. This is where you need to enter your WhatsApp credentials and other configuration details.
Account SID - Your WhatsApp unique string Identifier (SID).
Auth Token - Your WhatsApp access token.
From - Phone number that will be used to send WhatsApp text messages.
Save your configuration and Enable your WhatsApp integration.
Test the Integration
Configure and send a test message via CRM > Communication Plans to ensure the integration works correctly.
