REQUESTED SUBSCRIPTION PHYSICAL GOODS

A list of physical goods (products only) that are requested by the customer and should be delivered as part of fulfilling the ordered job, but not as part of the subscription
Section is only available on the following Job Types
• New Subscription
• Add Subscription Services
• Swap Subscription Installed Items
1. Select the Provisioning Provider you would like the Installed Item to be provisioned from
2. Physical Good Products that are available on the Subscription Type under Allowed Physical Goods, are already available in the requested section
  1. Place a check in the box next to the item you would like to add
3. Physical Good Product Types that are available on the Subscription Type under Allowed Physical Goods, must be added if needed
  1. Click on Add
  2. Search for the item you would like to add
  3. Select and add the requested item
  4. Provide Quantity
• The following filters apply when searching for Requested Subscription Physical Goods
• Allowed Physical Goods defined in selected Subscription Type
• Allowed Physical Goods in provisioning provider of selected distributor
