- Call center agents can search for an existing customer or register an new customer

Registering a new customer
- The agent can then take an order for that customer. Phones and addresses are automatically populated
- The agent can search for product by specifying the product name or can select the product by navigating through the main categories and secondary categories of the products
- The agent can select the characteristics of each product (milk, sugar, cream etc)
- The agent can preview the order before submitting it. On submission the expected completion date and time are recalculated based on sophisticated rules that are defined by the company

- Customer can login to the website and place an order through there
- The customer can navigate through the main categories and secondary categories of the products
- The customer can select the characteristics of each product (milk, sugar, cream etc) and add the product in his basket
- Once the customer has selected all the required products then he preview his basket and submit the order to either an already specify address or a new address
