The Rewards module allows merchants to award conditional cashback based on the complete spend transaction, where cash can be spent on specific products at specific times and at specific channels.

The two key feature characteristics of the CRM.COM Rewards module are:

  • The award is based on the complete transaction (whole transaction basket), meaning that merchants award customers where they have real value
  • The conditional cashback leverages substantially the amount of cashback a merchant can give out
  • No labels
