Kounta is a cloud based POS system with which CRM.COM has integrated with in order to handle rewards based on purchases logged in Kounta.
Major features
- Capture sales executed on the POS and handle awards and spends of the participant. For example, while making a new sale on Kounta, available awards of the customer can be automatically redeemed; i.e. deducted from the amount they must pay
