If you have a Mailchimp account, you can export specific Contact Segments from CRM.COM directly to a designated audience in Mailchimp, thus allowing you greater flexibility and control over your marketing campaigns.
Prerequisites
To set up your Mailchimp integration in CRM.COM, you'll need the following:
Mailchimp API Key - find out how to create one here.
Mailchimp Audience unique id - find the audience id you need here.
Configure your Mailchimp Integration in CRM.COM
Sign in to the CRM.COM back-end system and navigate to Platform > Integrations. Select the Mailchimp integration from the Marketing section.
Select Setup and confirm the default name for the Mailchimp integration or provide a new one > Proceed.
The Mailchimp integrations screen is displayed. Select Manage to access the integration settings. You need to enter your Mailchimp configuration details here.
API Key - Your Mailchimp API key.
Unique id for Audience - The Mailchimp Audience id to which the exported contacts will be assigned.
Save your configuration and Enable your Mailchimp integration.
Test the Integration
Configure and export a Contact Segment via CRM > Segmentation to ensure the integration works correctly.
