Learn to set up Wallet  related business processes and rules. 

 Mandatory Configuration: Links to manuals of Wallet configuration modules that are required for the module to work correctly.

 Related Configuration: Links to manuals of configuration modules other than the Wallet's that offer additional functionality or are required for the module to work correctly.

 Optional Configuration: Links to manuals of Wallet configuration modules that offer additional functionality but are not required for the module to work correctly.

Mandatory Configuration

The modules in the table below must be configured in order to use the Wallet.

Related Configuration

The following modules are related to,but are not a part of, Wallets. Such entities either:

  • Must be configured accordingly in order to be able to start using the Wallets module (Configuration Type = Mandatory) 
    OR 
  • May be configured to use the Wallets module at its full capacity (Configuration Type = Optional).

The following entities are available and can be configured under Wallet.  A working CRM.COM model can exist without them being configured.

Wallet Balance Expiration Run Definition

Using Wallet Balance Expiration Run DefinitionsUsed to define the rules for performing Runs to identify the Wallet amount that should be expired, taking into consideration the already specified Expiration Date and spent amount, and deducting the unspent amount from the Wallet.
