The Cash Application will be used by the merchants in order to aid the cardholders to collect cashback without making an online transaction (a transaction with their registered cards).
In general, the flow will be the following:
- The cardholders will tell to the merchant that they would like to pay with cash but still want to get cashback
- The merchants will need to login to the cash application with their organization credentials
- The merchants will need to enter or scan the Account number of the cardholder
- Insert the amount of the transaction
- The unit (outlet) that performs the transaction
- The merchant clicks submit
Sign in Screen
When the merchants open the app they will see the following screen.
Here the merchants must provide their Username and Password in order to sign in the app - they should used the same credentials they used when signing up in the back-end application as a Merchant.
Here the merchants can specify the language they would like to interact with the application.
Home Screen
This is the main screen that merchants see as soon as they sign in to the myLoyalty Cash application.
Here, they will:
- Enter or scan the contact code of the cardholder. → The contact code of the cardholder is the barcode that the cardholder sees on the consumer application in the section of the specific merchant.
- Enter the amount of the transaction
- Select the outlet that performs the transaction
- Click Submit
Transactions Screen
Through the Transactions screen, the merchants can see the transactions that were posted while they were logged in. By clicking on a transaction the merchants can see its details and also have the option to void it.
