What are Job Cancellation Reasons?
Job Cancellation Reasons are used to define the reason that a job was cancelled, and is applicable only during the process of cancelling a job. Cancellation reasons are configurable in the system.
Creating, Editing & Deleting Validations & RestrictionsReasons is a module used to define the available reasons that can be used when a Job is cancelled.
- Navigate to Job Cancellation Reasons and explore existing records via the Summary page.
- Click on the link (name or number) of the record of your interest to enter the Data Entry page and see more detail.
- Use the Actions Menu to create a NEW Job Cancellation Reason, modify (EDIT) or DELETE an existing one.
- Use the BACK to return to the Summary page and CANCEL to revert any unwanted changes made to the Job Cancellation Reason

Navigate to Module Configuration > CRM Applications > Jobs > Set up Cancellation Reasons Either search for an existing one or from the Top Menu click on NEW
